Get your home's present value
To get your VOL Report, simply print out the order form, complete it, and fax or mail it to us. Our professional staff estimates the value of your home based on increments of 1.4, 2.4 and 3.4 miles from your house using our unique VOL software and the information you give us. We run the report and email you. The report is released to you after credit card payment for the $55 fee. If we can't run the report or it can't be bracketed, we'll give you an explanation as to why the report may still be useful to you. You can then decide whether or not to buy it.
Get your home's potential value
Once we know the "as is" value of your home, we can estimate the potential value of your home—with your proposed improvements—for just $37.50 more. We use data from standard sources as well as applied behavioral methods to estimate the impact of the home improvement on your home's value over time. As with the VOL Report, the Potential Home Value Report is emailed to you upon payment.
