For only $55, the present value of your home will be estimated based on increments of 1.4, 2.4 and 3.4 miles from your house using the subject characteristics of your home to draw forth similar sales comparable data as a measurement of home value. To get your Potential Home Value Report, click here to print out the VOL Report form, fill out Parts 1 and 2, and either fax or mail it to us. Once we know the "as is" value of your home, using the VOL Report described above, you can estimate the potential value of your home-with your proposed improvements-for just $37.50 more.
