VOL America has no present or prospective interest in any properties evaluated with a VOL Report or Potential Home Value Report. VOL America does not estimate home value on the race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, handicap, familial status, or national origin of any homeowners ordering a VOL Report or Potential Home Value Report.

VOL America has no present or contemplated future interest in any properties evaluated with a VOL Report or Potential Home Value Report, nor is the payment rendered for the report in any way based on the estimated market value of the property in its "as is" condition.

VOL America does not answer questions about the maintenance or servicing of house components such as plumbing, heating/cooling and structural systems, foundations, trusses, platform construction, etc. For this type of information, contact a local source in your community. General contractors, engineers, designers and architects are the best resource. Some home inspectors and building inspectors may also be available for independent consulting.

VOL America's Potential Home Value Report estimates future value over three year increments on the home improvement project costs, not the projected "whole" value of the subject home.
